ingredients
wet ingredients
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup water
5 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 tablespoon oil
1 egg
dry ingredients
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 cup bread flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
~3 teaspoon instant yeast

breadcrumbs

stand mixer with dough hook attachment
large bowl
plastic wrap
baking sheet
parchment paper
oven at 350°f
instructions
dough
warm 3/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup water in the microwave for 1 minute
pour into stand mixer with dough hook attachment
add 5 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon oil, and 1 egg into stand mixer bowl with dough hook attachment
add 3/4 teaspoon salt, 4 cup bread flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and ~3 teaspoon instant yeast
set stand mixer to low speed (stir-2) and let it run for ~2 minutes or until the dough looks shaggy and cohesive
set stand mixer to medium speed (4-6) and let it run for ~18 minutes or until the dough passes the windowpane test
lightly oil up a large bowl
transfer the dough to the large bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let the dough rise at room temperature for ~1 hour or until it has at least doubled in size
baking
line a baking sheet with parchment paper
punch dough
divide dough into 6 pieces
cut each piece into 3 more pieces
for each piece:
roll into a ball
roll into breadcrumbs
place onto the baking sheet
cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and let the rolls rise for ~30 minutes or until it has at least doubled in size
preheat the oven to 350°f
uncover the baking sheet and bake for ~18 minutes or until golden brown
