mash ~2 medium-sized ripe bananas into a bowl
mix in 1/2 cup pumpkin purée, 1 large egg, and 2 tablespoon coconut oil
mix in 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder until flour is not visible
preheat the oven to 350°f
lightly coat a muffin tin with coconut oil
evenly transfer and distribute the muffin batter mixture to a muffin tin
bake for ~15 minutes or until a toothpick stabbed into the middle comes out clean
