ingredients
- ~4 butterfly pea flowers
- water at ~195°f
- ice cubes
- 1 lemon
- sugar
equipment
instructions
heat up water to ~195°f
cut up lemon and set aside one half and one thin slice
pour water into cup with 4 butterfly pea flowers, cover, and let brew for ~5 minutes
pour tea into drinking cup with ice cubes
squeeze lemon half to taste
mix in sugar to taste
garnish with lemon slice
