ingredients
- ground italian sausage
- filipino hotdogs
- or any kind really
- meatballs
- sweet style filipino spaghetti sauce
- ufc
- del monte
- fiesta
- regular pasta sauce
- bertolli tomato and basil
- onion
- garlic
- parsley flakes
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- optional
equipment
instructions
sauté garlic and onion in little oil
add ground sausage and sauté until slightly brown
add hotdogs, sweet style filipino spaghetti sauce, and regular pasta sauce
- sauce is a 2:1 ratio, with more filipino sauce
cook the meatballs according to package heating direction and then add to the mixture
simmer until the sauce slightly thickens
add parsley flakes
season with salt, pepper and sugar (optional) to taste
serve with pasta
