nicely coat skinned salmon with steak seasoning (or salt and pepper)
oil a pan and pan fry the salmon (break it up into chunks)
put the salmon into a bowl lined with paper towel to drain of oil
mix the salmon with kewpie mayonnaise until it's finely tossed
prepare avocado and cucumber slices, rice (seasoned with furikake if desired), and nori sheets
assemble wrap or eat the salmon as you like!!
