ingredients
wet ingredients
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup water
5 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 tablespoon oil
1 egg
dry ingredients
3/4 teaspoon salt
4 cup bread flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
~3 teaspoon instant yeast
filling
granola butter

breadcrumbs
equipment
stand mixer with a dough hook attachment
large bowl
plastic wrap
baking sheet
parchment paper
oven at 350°f
instructions
dough
follow the "dough" section of the
pandesal recipe
baking
line a baking sheet with parchment paper
take dough out of the large bowl and degas with one big punch
divide dough into quarters
divide dough into 6 pieces
cut each piece into 3 more pieces
for each piece:
flatten into a rectangle
add ~1 tablespoon filling
roll into log
dip top into breadcrumbs
place onto the baking sheet
cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and let the rolls rise for ~30 minutes or until it has at least doubled in size
preheat the oven to 350°f
uncover the baking sheet and bake for ~18 minutes or until golden brown
